Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling collection routes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
