Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright Mill Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
