Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Redstone Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Indianapolis plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
