Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Phoenix, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
