Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
