Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova West Banking Services Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling account openings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
