Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Arts Center and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
