Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Boise, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
