Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
