Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
