Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Silverline River Markets is a Hartford retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
