Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Nest Medical is a San Antonio company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around production lots clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
