Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Fernwood Yarrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around service installations clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
