Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
