Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in New Orleans with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 622 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around food costs clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
