Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Madison with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling test reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
