Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Inspection Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around client sites clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling client sites. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
