Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
