Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charlotte. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
