Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tampa focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
