Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Markets and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
