Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Dallas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
