Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Raleigh plant, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling machine downtime. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
