Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Summit Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
