Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Keystone Facilities and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
