Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Manufacturing Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
