Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
