Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Umber Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around service installations clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling service installations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
