Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Beacon Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention.
