Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
