Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova North Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Little Rock, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
