Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Bridge Freight is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer tracking clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tracking. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
