Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
