Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Logistics grows and distributes produce from farms near St. Louis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
