Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Nest Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Providence. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
