Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Reno, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
