Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Explain our services around device records clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling device records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
