Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
