Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Miami, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
