Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Rowan Banking Services Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling deposit accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
