Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Cincinnati, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
