Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around event logistics clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
