Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around exhibitions clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
