Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Explain our services around meter readings clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
