Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Anchorage. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
