Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Miami plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
