Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Summit Fox Medical is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 208 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
