Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Fern Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 491 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
