Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Honolulu. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling group events. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
