Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Silverline Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
